2. Drilling Fluid & Waste
Management Specialist-Drilling

Primary function:
• Responsible for managing
drilling fluid system and provide

perform evaluation and
technical survey, manage
drilling waste treatment process

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or above
in Information management,
computer science or the
related.
• At least 10-year related working
experience including 5-year
supervisory experience in oil
industry.
• International working experience
in a similar role is required.
Knowledge:
• Extensive knowledge information
technology and database.
• Extensive knowledge of project
management.
• Knowledge of CNOOC HQ
policies and related laws.
• Understanding of oil
engineering, reservoir, drilling
and completion, production,
technology systems etc.
