Linking question part two

Hello everyone, welcome to my podcast

ok, to start it is necessary to put ourselves in context
Today we are going to talk about the second part of our linking question preview, let's
remember that in our first preview we talked about the description of the population,
problematic question and general objective.

Specific objectives

● To diagnose through the application of the Cambridge Test your English the initial
level of English of the students of the first grade of elementary school of the
Institution Academia Sam.
● to Adapt a curriculum guide for improvement based on the results obtained through
the Cambridge Test your English.

Methodology
The presentation of this curriculum aims to facilitate students learning new vocabulary and
expressions of English by adapting an optimal curriculum for their teaching and level of
English, which is coupled to their context and reality. Now, this material tries to familiarize
students with the English language through guided topics with various strategies or
activities with which they can learn in an easy and entertaining way, and teachers can teach
their classes with intelligible and interactive material.
And all this has a reason and that is, This is because the topics and material provided by the
school do not take into account the reality of the educational level in terms of English in
our country. In this sense, the adaptation of a curriculum that, in addition to containing

thematic axes, is composed of strategies will make those who handle this material accept
and be interested in other cultures and new vocabulary different from their own and will
have more and more access to a globalized world.
Now, the aforementioned is the result of an analysis not only quantitative but also
qualitative due to the observations and results obtained from students during the course of
educational practices.
Now as part of our methodology.
The guided curriculum has been focused on the following learning methods
Community Language Learning: This is probably one of the most confident English
teaching methods where the student feels most confident, as there is a great emphasis on the
relationship and bond between the student and the teacher. Unlike many other methods and
approaches to teaching English as a second language, much of L1 (mother tongue) is used
for translation purposes.
Now, to develop these methods in the classroom, an interactive methodology is used that
considers the playful factor with activities such as role-playing games, lotteries and word
search (which allow the student to put aside their shyness and resistance to interact in
English). In addition, a methodology that integrates the known with the new, linking
exercises between one topic and another and between their mother tongue and English.

Evaluation
How well it is known is important to the pedagogical interactions between the teacher and
the students, and between the students themselves, that is why we will work with the
formative evaluation, since this will provide them with a learning process where the student
performs the activities and the teacher must give the opportunity for each student to express
with their words their understanding of the facts and what they are learning, and
accordingly make timely decisions based on this.
