    I have the honor to apply as Casual personnel assigned as CCTV Operator


    under the Security Services Unit.

    I have been a Job-Order CCTV Operator for five (5) years now of the CCTV
    equipment since year 2015 to present, including repair, maintenance, installation and
    transfer of CCTV cameras to strategic locations especially during special events of
    the University.

    I have twenty (20) long years of experience in installation, maintenance, repair


    of Computer, laptap, CCTV and other gadgets and even in handling OTJs that was
    when I was still working at Columbia, Cagayan de Oro City, as the Operations
    Manager. It was however, very unfortunate that all my documents and certificates
    were burned when my private residence was burned during the fire incident in
    Cogon, Cagayan de Oro City in year 2000.

    I hope that this application will be given consideration and approval. I will be

    I completed Bachelor of Science in Agriculture major in Animal Science here


    in Central Mindanao University and graduated last June 2019.

    I was hired as Job-Order office staff at the Security Services Unit on July 6,
    2020 and have been tasked and designated as the Deputized Document Controller
    (DDC) for ISO Standard of the Security Services Unit. Through this, I have the
    integrity to apply as Casual personnel assigned at the same Unit.
