multiple business opportunities. A website and mobile application will be launched as a platform for clients and

E-Crash Cart will ensure proper maintenance and privacy of accounts, pro les, and transactions to keep all data
secured from misuse and other unwanted acts. The company will also offer delivery services through its private
courier and charge sellers a reasonable fee for every successful transaction they make on the company’s

This e-commerce platform will cater to clients and customers, aged 16 and above, across the United States.
Buyers and sellers can register as personal or business accounts through the business’s website or mobile
application.

The company will have the following competitors:

Established in 2013, Southside E-Shoppers is one of the most popular online shopping applications in the U.S.
and Canada. The company offers a wide selection of goods and services for shoppers, with its own line of
clothing and cosmetic products that rst launched in 2019.
