We are collecting @ 1% TCS U/s 206C(1)F, for Vehicles cost more than Rs. 10 Lakhs till 30.06.2021 from all the customers.
In connection with Section 206AB & 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961.With effect from 01.07.2021 we need to collect a Letter / Declaration ( Prescribed Format given by AMPL )
from all Customers whose Invoice Value Exceeds Rs. 10 Lakhs., By failing of which the TCS shall be collected at the higher rate of 5% as per the above mentioned section
Life Tax < 10 Lakhs 12% , >10 Lkahs 14% , if any customer have 2nd vehicle on his name The Life tax amount charges will be 14%.
