has having ownership of the property through a Regd Gift Settlement Deed with Registration No.

6527/2013, dt. 29/07/2013 registered before Warangal Sub Registrar.

This property is Ancestral and Gifted in nature. Paidipala Ramesh acquired the property

Smt.Paidipala Suguna, W/o(Late)Sailu, executed a Gift Settlement Deed with Regd Doc No.

6527/2013, on dt.29/07/2013 infavour of Sri. Paidipala Ramesh. Smt.Paidipala Suguna,

W/o(Late)Sailu, Possessed the entire property on 29/07/2013 and handed over the schedule

property on the same day. As per the available documents and recitals in the documents Paidipala

Ramesh is the Owner of the property and enjoying the schedule mentioned property without

interruption from the date of Gift Settlement to till date. Adangal/Pahani Enclosed for the Adverse

possession, which shows the title holder's grand pa's name in the adangal/Pahani. Presently

Paidipala Ramesh having an extent of 746.16 Sq Yards. He was in peaceful possession and
