1. That we have gone through the contents of the Pearl Academy Prospectus, latest Students Handbook
(available at https://bit.ly/PA_StudentHandbook) and have understood the same.

2. We have also gone through the Students Handbook pertaining to Academy’s policy on minimum
attendance requirements, continuous absence without prior permission / de-registration, plagiarism &
cheating, Progression Policy, misconduct / disciplinary actions / non-payment of fee etc.

3. I hereby confirm that I will fulfil the minimum attendance requirement of 70% in each module in every
semester.

4. We hereby accept and acknowledge the same and in case of any such eventuality, we undertake to accept
the decision taken by the Academy as per the rules & policies written & read by us.

5. We have also gone through the Guidelines on Refund of Fee as attached and also given in the Students
Handbook/Website/Prospectus/Application kit.

6. The signed undertaking is given by us without any threat, pressure or coercion, by any other means. The
undertaking is given after going through all the details regarding rules/policies of the Academy mentionedin
the Prospectus, Admission form and Students Handbook is also available on the website of the Academy.

• Application for withdrawal/cancellation of admission shall be entertained via the online Admission portal (https://bit.ly/PAAdmissions ) only.
• Applicable GST will be deducted on the refund amount/deductions.
• The processing of refund requests will take a minimum of 3 weeks.
• In case of withdrawal under scholarship or discount or subsidy category, scholarship or discount or subsidy granted shall get withdrawn & refund shall be granted as per
thenormal fee structure.
• In case of sufficient number of students not opting of any specific specialization at your applied campus, Pearl Academy reserves the rights to discontinue the
specialization at any of its campus. In this case where Pearl Academy has discontinued the course, student can either change the course/campus as per the availability of
specialization/seat in the campus or can apply for full refund of the fee paid.
