    CNIC No. “35401-0471485-5” can’t appear personally for my Bachelor’s
    degrees attestation from “HEC” because I am outside of Pakistan .

    This is to authorize Mr. Sarfraz Ahmad CNIC# 35303-2056398-7 for my


    Bachelor’s degrees attestation from Higher Education Commission (HEC)
    on my behalf. All of my required educational documents and a copy of
    CNIC are enclosed with this letter.

    I request you to please consider my request for the attestation on my


    behalf.
