1.Click here to access the Networking Lookup/Support search Tool.

In the 'Enter Search Information' field, enter the switch

model or product number directly.

2. Once product model is selected, click on "Show selected
items" to view complete product information (see below
picture). For switch firmware click on "Software downloads"
to see the list of software versions available.

Example shows different releases of firmware available.

3. Choose the latest or appropriate firmware/software bundle
and click on the arrow button under "Select" column. Then
click on the "Download" button to save the firmwarw/software
bundle (see below picture)

4. To see the procedure to perform the software/firmware

update, click on the "Release notes". In the Release notes
file, refer to the "Upgrading Software" section for the
instructions to update via FTP, TFTP, Xmodem or CLI using the
Ethernet, console port, etc.
NOTE: The general procedure to upgrade the software remains
same; however specific instructions for given switch model
varies, hence it is recommended to follow the above steps to
obtain the respective Release notes (upgrade procedures).

For Warranty Information:

Click on "Warranty Information" as show below

Example below shows the Warranty related information.
For Product conversions:

Enter the model/product number and click on the "Conversion

information" tab. Below example shows the 3COM product name
and HPE product name for HP 4500 swtich.
