Research Design

This research will use quantitative – non-experimental methodology with a

correlational approach. The process of collecting and interpreting numerical data is

known as quantitative research. It can be used to identify patterns and averages, make

predictions, test causal linkages, and extrapolate results to larger groups (Bhandari,

2020). Quantitative research is the total opposite of qualitative research that relies on

open-ended and conversational contact to gather information where in non-numerical

data is collected and analyzed. Correlational research is a quantitative research

methodology in which the researchers measures, examine and understands the

statistical relationship between two or more variables. The researchers will used this

design since the main purpose of the study is to determine the influence of innovative

products to the buying preferences of millennials in Batangas City.
