Hello Sara,
This mail asks for your feedback on the meeting we had on August 14 related to Arlen and
Laihla work draft on social media policies and procedures over the past few weeks.

As everyone agreed to share their comments and missing information in the document, we can
create a coherent policy, including information on the legal consequences of staff using social
media on discussing personal and political opinions, which could negatively impact business. I
think it is essential to discuss with everyone and set up rules so that everyone can agree and
follow.

It would be appreciated if you could revert the document by providing its comments as soon as
possible.
