Being a Certified Public Accountant is a significant accomplishment, and

if I am successful in this endeavor in the future, I intend to become affiliated
with the PICPA Bicol Region Chapter (Philippine Institute of Certified Public
Accountants). After doing some research and visiting their website, I
discovered that they are hosting a webinar on February 25, 2022, with the topic
"Managing Cash and Liquidity of MSMEs During the COVID-19 Outbreak." It is
from the 3rd Luzon Geographical Area Office (LGAO) Conference for the year
2021–2022 and bears the theme "The Agile and Resilient Filipino CPA:
Transforming towards a Sustainable Future." Ma. Teresita Z. Dimaculangan,
CPA will be the presenter for the aforementioned webinar. CPAs and non-CPAs
can take part and participate in the webinar by registering and paying a specific
amount for admission. The webinar is open to everyone, regardless of whether
you are a certified public accountant or are currently pursuing certification.
There are two choices and prices for availing a reservation, and it depends if
you are a CPA or not. By participating in this webinar, accountants will be able
to earn 1.5 CPD units. Looking at the event made me feel enthusiastic and
hopeful about the additional knowledge I will gain once I become a Certified
Public Accountant and begin earning CPD units. I am excited by the thought
that once I graduate from BS Accountancy and become a CPA, the learning will
not stop there. Hence, I will continuously gain knowledge from attending these
conferences and webinars, which will help me improve my skills and
knowledge on my future profession.
