Not with standing anything contained contrary to this in the Bank’s sanction letter dt.08-06-2021 and other
loan documents, We agree that the upon the decline of our creditworthiness or potential event of default and/or
internal adverse change, Bank may in its absolute discretion cancel without prior notice to us any undrawn
portion of the sanctioned credit limit without assigning any reason or conditions whatever. We are aware that
Bank has right to cancel the undrawn portion and agree that we will not dispute or question, Bank’s decision in
the regard and Bank’s decision is final and binding.
