Introduction:
The International Finance Investment and Commerce Bank Limited is a first generation
Bangladeshi private commercial bank. The bank is ensuring cutting edge service with skilled
workforce and revolutionary fintech support through more than 695 hundred modern business
centers. It has extended its global corporate footprint in the form of Joint ventures and
subsidiaries in Nepal, Oman and the UK. It was started their journey in 1976 as an Investment &
Finance Company under arrangement of joint venture with the Govt. of Bangladesh. In 1983
when the Government allowed banks in the private sector, IFIC was converted into a full-fledged
commercial bank. The chairman of the bank is Salman F Rahman and MD and CEO is Shah Alam
Sarwar.

inclusive growth and deliver the best in class value to all stakeholders. And Mission is to provide
service to our clients with the help of a skilled and dedicated workforce whose creative talents,
