Gov. P.F. Parent-Teacher Association wrote this letter to ask for your assistance to
the landscaping of our school ground, pathways, entry street frontage, assembly
area, play and socializing area, boundary and side bounds areas.
School grounds can impact positively on children’s physical and mental wellbeing
and enhance both the opportunity for and the quality of social interactions. In the
upcoming school year 2021-2021 where limited face to face classes would likely to
happen landscape design can provide relief from the heat for students, increasing
health and comfort. This translates into more physical activity and better thinking
and concentration. It can also reduce the incidence of bullying, and reducing hidden
areas can assist in the management of student behavior.

buildings that compose of forty (40-50) classrooms. As preparation for the new
normal setting of classes, I would hereby, most humbly, bring to your notice that the
water supply in all the buildings in our school is not only insufficient but no water
supply because of lack of equipment like water booster pump, water tank that will
help to provide and carrying water needed for day to day activities.
Moreover, the quality of the water provided is also not acceptable which raises
serious questions about general health of the people. Also, there has been found
some leakages in the water supply pipes which immediately needs to be repaired.
I would kindly appeal to you to look into the above mentioned problems urgently
and provide solution for a better water supply. Water will be most needed when
limited face to face classes happen this school year 2021-2022

Greetings!
Ang liham na ito ay bilang tugon sa suliranin sa akin na idinulog ng mga guro sa
Gov. P. F. Espiritu Elementary School.
1. Nagkaroon ng Graduation at Moving up pictorial na labag sa IATF protocol. At ng

masita ay tinuruan ang mga guro na sabihing ipinasa lamang ng mga magulang
ang larawan ng mga bata.
Tugon:
Nagkaroon ng pagpupulong ang punong-guro, pamunuan ng mga magulang at

mga guro isang buwan bago ang araw ng pagtatapos, at napagkaisahan na
magkaroon ng pictorial ang mga magsisipagtapos sa kadahilang ito ang kahilingan
ng mga magulang. Ngunit bago ito gawin kailangan muna magkaroon ng survey
ng mga pumapayag na magulang sa nasabing pictorial at pipirmahan na “Waiver”
na walang pananagutan ang paaralan sa nasabing pagpunta upang magpakuha
ng larawan. Nagkaroon din ng kasunduan na magkakaroon ng mahigpit na
pagpapatupad ng mga protocols at uuwi kaagad ang mga mag-aaral na kasama
ang magulang pagkatapos ng pictorial.
Ngunit dahil sa babala at panawagan ng tagapamanihala ng mga paaralan na

nagbabawal na magkaroon ng pictorial sa paaralan ay agad din itong
inihinto/itinigil at hindi na itinuloy.
2. Masakit magsalita sa mga guro. Makikita po sa ilang screenshots sa ibaba ang

mga katibayang tulad ng:
a. Hindi naniniwalang walang cp ang mga magulang, aso nga daw may FB,
tao pa kaya?

Tugon:
Ang mga salitang ito ay nasabi ng punong-guro sa kadahilang siya ay

nakiusap na magkaroon ng masusing pagpsusurvey upang mas maging
maayos ang paggawa ng “Learning Continuity Plan o LCP na gagamitin ng
paaralan sa pagpaplano ng mga gagawin sa pagbubukas ng klase sa
Setyembre.
Matapos ang ilang araw na ibinigay para sa pagsusurvey, napag-alaman ng
punong-guro na sa kabila ng kanyang pakiusap ay umabot sa halos kalahati
lamang ng kanilang studyante ang nakatugon sa survey dahil sa iba’t ibang
rason ng guro sa hindi nila pagcontact sa mga ito.
b. Natutulog sa pansitan kahit nagawa ang mga guro.
Ito ay nasabi lamang ng punong-guro sa kadahilanan na sa mga grade

level ay may isang napag-iwanan sa dami ng nakatugon sa survey. Ito ay
upang magkaroon ng pamamaraan ang mga guro na mas pagsumikapan
nila masurvey pa ang halos kalahati pa ng kanilang mga bata na di
nakatugon sa survey.
c. Sa zoom meeting kinagalitan ang guro hanggang mapahiya ito, kahit ang
guro ay nagtatanong lamang sa isang memo na pinapagawa sa mga guro
kahit ang memong nabanggit ay para lamang sa mga Division Personnel.
Tugon:
Hindi ipinahiya ng punong-guro ang guro sa meeting bagkus sya ay naki-
usap sa guro na kung maaari ay huwag muna siya isama sa meeting dahil
naghahabol sa pagsusubmit ng “LCP” na ipepresent kinabukasan. Sa
kabila ng pakiusap ay pinagbigyan ito ng punong-guro, matapos
ipaliwanang na ang memo ay maaring pansamantalang gawin o ipagawa
sa guro habang di pa malinaw sa punong-guro kung sa SDO personnel
lamang ito applicable o hindi ngunit patuloy pa rin sa pag- iinsist ang guro
kung kaya’t minabuti ng punong-guro na magpaalam na lang sa grupo at
asikasuhin ang presentasyong kinakailangan tapusin.

Walang pamamahiyang nagawa ang punong-guro dahil sinagot nya ng

maayos ang tanong ng guro at nagpaalam ng maayos sa kanyang pag-alis
sa meeting, Napag-alaman ng punong-guro na ang guro ay nagtatanong
at nagsasabi sa dati nyang punong-guro ukol sa memo at mga bagay
bagay tungkol sa pamamalakad nito sa paaralan.
d. Sa isang general meeting via zoom, nakapagbitaw din siya ng salitang 3T
na ayaw na ayaw nya (Tatanga-tangang guro, tatamad-tamad at tutulog-
tulog.Sabihin man na ito ay biro sa kanya, sa aming palagay ay maaari
naman syang gumamit ng encouragement words hindi negative words.
Tugon:
Ang 3T na na nabanggit ng punong-guro sa meeting ay hindi para sa mga

guro. ito ay nagsimula sa biruang “3T na ayaw na ayaw ng guro sa
kanilang mga estudyante. Una ay ang Tanggap, Tiklop, Tago at nasundan
ito ng 3 pang T na nabanggit ng guro na Tutulog-tulog, Tatanga-tanga at
Tatamad-tamad. Maaaring hindi nakapakinig ang guro ng maayos sa
usapan kung kaya’t di naging malinaw sa kanya ang biruan na nangyari sa
nasabing meeting.
3. Ang isang gawain na boluntaryo daw po pero kapag di nakapunta ang mga guro
ay may mga sarkastikong I popost sa GC.
Tugon:
Makikita sa ipinakitang mga larawan na maayos na sinasagot ng punong-guro ang

mga sinasabi o itinatanong ng mga guro sa GC. Maaring naging sarkastiko ang
dating nito dahil hindi nakapunta ang mga gurong ito upang tumulong sa
pagbabalot ng mga kahong gagamitin na lalagyan ng form ng enrolment.
Bagamat nakiusap ang punong-guro na tumulong ang mga guro sa pagbabalot ng

mga kahon na ilalagay sa mga Kiosk sa bawat barangay ay may ilang
boluntaryong dumating at tumulong na pinasalamatan naman ng punong-guro at
pinaalalahanan na mag-ingat na mabuti sa pagpunta sa mga Barangay.

4. Sobrang habang meeting na inaabot ng buong araw hanggang gabi.
Tugon:
Nagpapameeting ang punong-guro ng ayon sa oras ng mga guro habang nasa
bahay. (8:00-5:00). Ang mahabang meeting ay bunga ng napakaraming bagay
ang dapat pag-usapan tungkol sa paaralan at kailangan mapagkasunduan ng
lahat ng kaguruan. Humihingi naman ng paumanhin ang punong-guro sa
kaguruan kung naging mahaba man ang meeting dahil sa kinakailangng concerns
na dapat aksyunan.
5. Hindi paggalang sa oras pahinga ng guro, gaya ng pagmemessage kahit

alanganing oras.
Ang pagmensahe ng punong-guro sa mga guro sa GC ay ipinapadala ng hapon o

gabi ng punong-guro tuwing Linggo upang hindi maabala ang mga guro sa
kanilang pamamahinga sa buong maghapon at di maabala ang mga guro sa
kanilang gawain sa araw ng Sabado at Linggo ng umaga.
Sa pagmemensahe sa di-sinasadyang oras ng pamamahinga raw ng guro ay

nangyayari kapag may napakahalagang bagay na kailangang maisagawa ng guro
na upang di makalimutan ng punong-guro ay nasasabi o naimemensahe sa gabi
na nagpapahinga daw ang guro. Ngunit ang mensahe ay hindi naman hinihingan
ng kasagutan ng punong-guro sa oras na iyon, kung kayat ang nasabing pang-
aabala ay batid ng punong-guro na hindi nya ginagawa. Madalas pa nga ay ang
mga guro ang nagmemensahe sa kanya kahit dis-oras ng gabi upang magpaalam
o magsabi ng kanilang naisin na sinasagot naman ng punong-guro sa abot ng
kanyang makakaya.
6. Nakakapressure na weekly task na ipopost sa GC.
Tugon:
Ang weekly task na ibinibigay ng punong-guro kada Linggo ay bilang mga

paalaala lamang ng mga gawain o webinar na magaganap sa buong Linggo. Ito
ay upang magkaroon guide ang mga guro sa dapat nilang magawa o matapos o
maatenan na webinar sa Linggong iyon hindi upang mapressure o mas stress ang
mga guro kundi bagkus ay makita nila ang kalinawan ng dapat magawa at
ipagawa sa mga mag-aaral sa bawat linggo ng pag-aaral.

7. Walang concern sa guro na nagpunta sa isang Barangay na may positibo na sa

Covid mas inunang inisip na makuha ang mga forms.
Ang boluntaryong pagpunta ng mga guro sa mga Barangay ay napagkasundaan

at hindi sapilitan. Nung nalaman ng punong-guro na may nagpositibo sa Barangay
na iyon ay agad nyang sinabihan ang chairman na wag na papuntahin ang gurong
kukuha ng forms.
