Methodology
A questionnaire is a set of questions on a form, used to collect statistical information or opinions
from people. This questionnaire consisted of five open-ended questions which were all related to
the chosen topic. After the questionnaire was formulated and organized formally, the researchers
then brought the printed copy to the organization where it was completed and returned to them.
Choosing this method of data collection was the most suitable option as this allowed the
respondent to give truthful and accurate answers to the questions stated.

The health and safety practices that were observed by the researchers in the establishment was
that everyone had to practice social distancing, wearing masks was a requirement and everyone
had to be properly sanitized before entering the building.
