The said appointee is to receive the in-house unit, instruction manual and other related materials on my

the original wires within my unit has been damaged/missing, I/we will contact ELID TECHNOLOGY

INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD direct to re-run new wires at a charge to be agreed.

As the in-house unit need not be wall installed, and activation is by mobile phones we wish to opt for

this service ie calibrate to my tenant and family handphones and tenant to safe keep in-house unit.

I/We undertake to inform any person who is the assignee of my property or the subsidiary proprietor(s)

of the aforesaid installation intercom in-house unit and installation cost when I sell and/or transfer my

property.
