EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate (“Deed”) made and entered into
this 1st day of March 2022 in Naga City, Camarines Sur by and between:

LYLE DERLA y CAS, of legal age, single, Filipino, residing at Villa Corazon, Del
Rosario, Naga City; and

JOSEPH DERLA y POMPEO, of legal age, married, Filipino, residing at Brgy.


Bagumbayan, Legazpi City;

WITNESSETH, that:

WHEREAS, we are the legitimate sons and sole heirs of LIBRADO R. DERLA,
who died on September 29, 2021, at Brgy. Del Rosario, Naga City, copy of his death
certificate is hereto attached as Annex “A”;

WHEREAS, LIBRADO R. DERLA, died intestate, without a Will or Testament, and


without any outstanding debts in favor of any person or entity;

WHEREAS, LIBRADO R. DERLA, is the absolute and registered owner of a


parcel of land located at Brgy. San Felipe, Naga City, and more particularly described
as follows:

Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-022822

A parcel of land (Lot 27-A-1-A of the subd. Plan (LRC) Psd-270611, being a portion
of Lot 27 A-1 (LRC) Psd-032782, LRC Rec. No. 1127) situated in the Brgy. San Felipe,
Mun. of Naga, Province of Camarines Sur. Bounded on the N. points2 to # Lot 27-A-1-B of
the subdivision plan, on the NE points 3 to 5 by the Patio de San Felipe, on SW points 4 to
1 by Lot 27-A-1-C of the subdivision plan and on the SW points 1 to 2 by the Brgy. Road
(Road Lot 160, Pcs-43). Beginning at a pt. marked “1” on plan, being S.17 deg. 17’E.,
401.79 m fr. Site 60 San Felipe Village; thence, N .7 deg. 15’W., 25.14m to pt. 2; thence N
.88 deg. 24’E., 196.19m to pt. 3; thence S.8 deg. 56’E., 9.00m to pt. 4; thence S.83 deg.
39’W., 195.54 m to the pt. of beginning containing an area of EIGHT THOUSAND EIGHT
HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT (8, 888) SQM more or less.

WHEREAS, no personal properties are involved in this Extrajudicial Settlement of


Estate, and that to the best of our knowledge and information of the herein parties, the
said deceased left no debts or any financial obligations;

WHEREAS, pursuant to Rule 74, Sec. 1 of the Revised Rules of Court of the
Philippines, and being with full capacity to contract, we do hereby adjudicate unto
ourselves the parcel of land described above, in equal shares.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we hereunto set our hands this 1st day of March 2022
at Naga City, Camarines Sur Philippines.

who have satisfactory proven to me their identity that they are the same person
who executed and voluntarily signed the foregoing EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF
ESTATE, which they acknowledged before me as their free and voluntary act and deed.

The foregoing instrument, which relates to an Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate of


a parcel of land consisting of two (2) pages including the page on which this
acknowledgment is written, has been signed on the left margin of each and every page
by the parties and witnesses.

WITNESS MY HAND AND SEAL, this 1st day of March 2022, in the City of Naga,
