The Developmental Materials Resource List has been developed by the Family Resource Centers Network of California
(FRCNCA) as a resource for Early Start Family Resource Centers to use in the implementation of Prevention Resource and
Referral Services.  Inclusion of resources on this list does not imply endorsement or promotion of the company/organization,
its content, services, therapeutic treatment options, or products.  The FRCNCA strongly encourages families to speak with
their physicians/health care professionals about their particular health and developmental concerns.  DDS and FRCNCA do

First Test is a central site that brings together stakeholders and provides easy access to newborn
screening resources from community groups, government agencies and public organizations. This
resource also features condition specific information, state information, family videos, and a Community
Corner section, where visitors can learn about reliable sources of information pertaining to maternal
and child health.
