manufacturers of specialty soft gelatin capsules with world-class manufacturing facilities and

Responsibilities:

 Involved in project preparation and implementation of basic data tools, Industrial

hygiene and safety, incident/accident management, risk assessment, occupational
health.
 Analyzed the business process and documenting the AS-IS process, then from the
available template standard SAP solution is provided in TO-BE process.

Client Description: Qatar Chemical Company Ltd. (Q-Chem) is a Qatari company located in
Mesaieed Industrial City. Q-Chem complex has a production capacity of 453,000 metric tons
per annum (MTA) of polyethylene and a 1-hexene unit with a production capacity 47,000
MTA. The complex also consists of sulfur recovery and solidification plant, a water treatment
plant, seawater cooling system.

Responsibilities:
 Responsible for the configuration of specifications, authorization groups,
characteristics, classes, value assignments, property tree, identifications, phrases in
basic data tools.
 Responsible for the configuration of environment parameters, user exists, property
trees, report management and report shipping in Product Safety.
 Configured and made settings for basic and master data like DG regulations, DG
classes, hazard identification number, packaging codes, risk potential, hazard
inducers and DG filling, DG check methods, DG check schemas, mixed loading
checks etc. in dangerous goods management.
 Responsible for supporting end user for SAP EHS configuration.
