Dear Mr. Vikash

Requesting for several changes to the arrangements

I have already booked Shangri-La hotel for a conference for my company’s sales
representatives.

Before I requested four rooms in 1st floor in your hotel. But I need exactly six rooms to this
conference. Also, I need a balcony for spend lunch time.

Please, excuse me and be kind enough to arrange two more rooms with balcony for me. if you
can do it, confirm it with via letter.
