INTRODUTION

A fruit is the seed-bearing structure in flowering

plants formed from the ovary after flowering. When
eaten in moderation, fruit can be a very healthy
part of a nutritious diet. Some benefits from eating
fruit include Fruits contain fiber, which can help
lower your cholesterol and encourage regular bowel
movements Oranges, red peppers, and strawberries
are examples of fruits that contain lots of vitamin C
which supports the immune system.

So, we found that fruits contain organic compounds

like Ester, Carbohydrates, Vitamins, etc. can be
tested in any fruit by extracting out it's juice and
the minerals in fruits other than Carbon, Hydrogen
and Oxygen.

In this project, some fruits juices are extracted for

the contents present in them.
SYNOPSIS

• Title of the project

Detailed Analysis of Fruit Juices.

. Primary reason for choosing this project

It seemed less time consuming and also for the point of
interest it seemed a quite a handsome project.

• About the problems

The problems that I faced while doing the project was to

find the proteins and other micronutrient content of these
fruits.

• Scope of the Project

We will know about the beneficiaries of fruits and

accordingly we will include them in our diet.

• Working methodology
Discussed in the procedure and according observations.
