Lavender or Serenity on the bottom of your feet
before bed. Myrrh + FCO on the abdomen.

Postpartum INCREASE MILK SUPPLY

MORNING RITUAL For Milk Supply + Baby’s Digestive support, take Fennel
2 drops daily in a Veggie Cap.
Balance on the soles.
More involved roller for Milk Supply blend, apply after
Balance + Citrus Bliss in the diffuser. Citrus Bliss nursing on breast, not nipples, forearms and pulse points.
SO GOOD to uplift and regulate any blues.
5 Clary Sage
Drop of lemon in water, Adaptiv on inner wrists/ 5 Copaiba
elbows. 3 Basil
3 Fennel
Copaiba under tongue, or softgel 2 Geranium
Turmeric softgel for inflammation 2 Lavender
LLV 100% 2 Roman Chamomile

EVENING RITUAL NIPPLES

Serenity + one of: Bergamot or Balance in Diffuser, Roll helichrysum on nipples and areola if cracked/sore/
or Adaptiv 2 drops in diffuser tender.

Lighter on diffuser drops as baby is in the room.

towards yourself and your changing body. I’m also Pregnancy: Clary Sage + Jasmine
doing 3-4 drops on crown of my own head at night Nursing: Peppermint. Avoid blends
DigestZen/AromaTouch/DeepBlue/Breathe
with Peppermint if lactating.

BUM HORMONE BALANCE BLEND POSTPARTUM

For baby’s bum fill a 30mL glass spray bottle This fills 10mL half way, top with FCO. Apply to bottom
with 2 drops Lavender, 2 Roman Chamomile, 2 of feet and inner ankle every morning and night.
Frankincense. Top with FCO. Spray on bottom
every diaper change. Doubles as a great foot 25 drops Clary Sage
massage oil. 15 Marjoram
15 Geranium
10 Frank
TUMMY 8 Thyme
5 Cypress
For upset tummy a dab of Tamer roller. Also great 5 Eucalyptus
for lactating Mama who likely isn’t using DigestZen 5 Lavender
because of Peppermint over her belly. 3 Ylang Ylang.
