and community.

Every people in the world have a role in every aspect in life whether in our household, community,
school and in our country. We called this as our interpersonal dynamics. What are interpersonal dynamics,
Interpersonal dynamics involve how one person feels and behaves toward another. As the name suggests,
these dynamics are at the individual level, though they may influence the lives of multiple people in the
family. These dynamics may influence either just the people involved or the entire family.

My role in my family is that I am like a pillar in my family without me my family will not be stronger as
it should be my family is like a machine without me it won’t function well. Friendship is an unconditional
interpersonal relationship where individuals enter by their own sweet will and choice. Friendship is a
relationship where there are no formalities and individuals enjoy each other’s presence. My interpersonal
dynamics in community is the relationship between groups. These dynamics can take the form of the
relationship between elders and their adult children, when looked at as groups.

All in all, knowing the different interpersonal dynamics can make you aware of we should do or how we
should act in different situation. Also, it can help make your relationship in this community stronger even
with your family and friends.
