PALS - VLAB FDP Project - Instructions

Each Group will have to pick a lab from the VLab platform - preferably one that all the group
members will find useful in their upcoming semester's course delivery

Each member in the group shall pick one experiment each from the selected lab and create a
video tutorial of the experiment of duration less than 3 minutes.

The video have to be to the point, need not include any background information of the subject or
experiment, only the simulation with narration shall be there

It is suggested to pick experiments that were not covered during the demonstrations in the FDP

No two groups shall preferably pick the same lab for presentation. No two participants shall pick
the same experiment by any means - mentors shall ensure this is adhered to

Each group will have a mentor from NITK who will be supporting you in making this choice, and
the experiments each group member will be covering shall be informed to the mentor

Any contingency shall be communicated with the mentors and resolved accordingly.

Project Presentation

Each Group shall be given 10 minutes to present their Project Work on Day 5

One group member shall give an introduction about the group, and the lab they have selected,
its suitability etc; (not more than 3 minutes) and further each member shall briefly speak about
the experiment they worked on

First two slides on the presentation with one experiment shall be presented by one member,
while others shall present one slide about their experiment and the video shall be embedded in
the presentation (preferably as a multimedia item in the presentation, if web links are used
ensure its operationality)

The final presentation in ppt or pptx format shall be uploaded before Day 4 Midnight to the
Folder with your group name as the filename:
