NOTICE OF FORCE MAJEURE EVENT DUE TO COVID-

19 OUTBREAK AND GRANULAR LOCKDOWN.

Dear Valued Unit Owner of _____

As a result of the COVID-19 (the corona virus) pandemic, the health official of Muntinlupa in
collaboration with the Anuva Admin declared granular lockdown in the building effective from
August 26 up to the present time.

It is understood that since we signed of the contract, we utilized the unit for short term leased
witnessed and known by the Admin of the Anuva and our agents.

Accordingly, pursuant to our terms and condition, this letter is to advise that we are declaring
Force Majeure event due to COVID-19 outbreak, this drastic decision is due to death incident in
the building and continues lockdown being implemented at the property thus the property
leased in our contract is deemed unusable at this moment.

“Article (Art.) 1174 of the Civil Code of the Philippines (the “Civil Code”) exempts obligors from liability
for non-fulfillment of obligations as stipulated in contracts on account of such events due to their
unforeseeable or inevitable nature.“

In this unprecedented event, we seek for your understanding to temporarily freeze the contract
until lockdown is lifted, if otherwise not granted, we will be constrained to just cancel the
contract.

To clarify, during the freeze, the payment is suspended and you are allowed to use, occupy and
offer the premise to other interested tenants.

We wish for your kind consideration.

Best regards,

Mark Pasamon
