 Reinforced cement concrete works with minimum
cement content relates to mix ratio 1:1.5:3 having
minimum compressive strength f’c = 24 Mpa at 28 days on
standard cylinders as per standard practice of Code
ACI/BNBC/ASTM & cement conforming to CEM II-
AM/OPC, best quality coarse sand (F.M.2.3 min.), 20 mm
down well graded stone chips conforming to ASTM C-33,
mixing in standard mixture machine and fed by standard
measuring boxes, screening through proper sieves,
cleaning and washing, placing of reinforcement cage in
position, casting, compacting by vibrators, curing for 28
days etc. including cost of water, electricity and other
charges of all equipments including hire charge of
vibrator, mixture machineetc, labour, shampering, test of
materials and concrete etc. all complete as per design,
8 drawing and accepted by the Engineer. In case RMC m3 32 15500 496000
strength will be 500 psi more.

Note: Cement have to be

tested by BUET as per randomly selected cement bags
by engineer in-charge from site. Stone chips will be
clean, sound boulder crushed stone, no dead stone or
vuttu vanga is allowable. Coarse sand should be well
cleaned. All materials including stone and sand must be
tested by BUET as per randomly selected by engineer
in-charge from site at any time.

M.S. Reinforcement Works : Fabricating and fixing to

details of minimum 60 Grade deformed bar confirming
ASTM A; 615 M with minimum, fy= 415 Mpa as per
design in concrete in accordance with BSTI standard
including cutting, straightening, cleaning rusts, if any,
bending & putting in position by wires, providing spacer
blocks of approved type in required number, supply and
carriage of labours, tools, plants, incidentals, cost of
9 testing etc. all complete as per drawing, specification and Ton 6.5 56000 364000
direction of the engineer.The rate includes fabrication,
welding, local carrying, delivering, lifting, placing and all
kinds of welding for spirals and splices as per drawing all
complete.

125mm Brick works with first class machine made

bricks with sand (F.M 1.2) cement mortar (1:4) including
filling the interstices with mortar, raking out joints,
cleaning, soaking of bricks for atleast 24 hours before
10 using, washing of sand, necessary scafolding, curing m2 0 1125 0
atleast for 7 days etc. all complete including cost of water,
electricity and other charges accepted by the Engineers in-
charge.
 250mm Brick works with first class machine made
bricks with sand (F.M 1.2) cement mortar (1:4) including
filling the interstices with mortar, raking out joints,
cleaning, soaking of bricks for atleast 24 hours before
