Course Objectives:

Compensation Management focuses on the issues that will help the managers strategically develop
and maintain an organization’s compensation system. The course will cover the guiding principles
of an effective compensation system which consists of internal alignment, external
competitiveness, employee performance and management of the payment system. The students
will understand how compensation specialists can manage the compensation create a competitive
advantage for their organizations.
