 REGLAGE DE L’INDICATEUR DE STABILITE LONGITUDINALE

Montage du capteur: Retirer la peinture autour des deux taraudages M10 du pont arrière, vérifier
la planéité de la surface puis la dégraisser. Positionner le capteur 6910655 puis le visser
doucement et progressivement à 6 daN.m (alterner le serrage). Les vis doivent être collées à la
Loctite.
Fitting of the sensor: Take the painting away around the 2 M10 holes on the rear axle, verify the flatness
of the surface then degrease it. Fit the sensor 6910655 then screw it slowly and progressively at 6
daN.m (alternate the tightening). the screws have to be sticked with Loctite.

Faire passer la machine sur des traverses ou sur un terrain accidenté afin que le capteur se cale.
Drive the telescopic handler on beams or on a very bad ground to help the sensor finding its definitive
position.

Faire chauffer la machine pendant 10-15 min afin que le pont arrière monte en température.
Heat the rear axle by driving the telescopic during 10-15 min.

Couper le contact.
Turn off the starter key.

Sur le boîtier-indicateur, appuyer sur le bouton poussoir de coupure buzzer , mettre le contact et
démarrer la machine, attendre 5 secondes puis relâcher le bouton (les LED vertes doivent
s’allumer ).
On the front panel of the indicator, press the push button « buzzer off », turn the contact on and start
the engine, wait 5 seconds then release the button ( the green LEDs must come on )

Procéder ensuite comme suit (machine sur pneus):

Then process as indicated in the following lines:

Réglage du zéro / Adjusting of the zero

a. Lever le bras, rentré et à vide, en position maxi ,

a. Raise the boom, without load, at the maximum angle

b. Attendre que la machine se stabilise,

b. Wait till the versahandler stabilizes.

c. Appuyer puis relacher le bouton poussoir de coupure buzzer et attendre que les LED du voyant
« STOP » passent au rouge.
c. Press and release the push button « buzzer off » and wait that the « STOP » lights go to red.

Réglage du gain / Adjusting of the gain

a. Prendre une charge quelconque (mais inférieure ou égale à la charge max. autorisée), la
décoller du sol de 30 - 40 cm, puis télescoper jusqu`au basculement de la machine (si besoin est,
utiliser la clé de shunt des mouvements aggravants pour forcer le téléscopage).
a. Take a load (no bigger than the maximum authorized load), and raise the boom above 30 - 40 cm
over the floor, then telescope untill you are on balance on the front axle (use shunt key if
necessary).

b. Appuyer puis relacher le bouton poussoir de coupure buzzer et attendre que toutes les LED
s’allument.
b. Press and release the push button « buzzer off » and wait that all the lights go on.

c. Rentrer le bras puis retéléscoper afin de vérifier l’allumage progressif des LED vertes, oranges,
le déclenchement du buzzer, les LEDs rouges, l’allumage du voyant « STOP » en même temps
que la coupure des mouvements aggravants (option) lorsque le bras est levé à plus de 25° (ou 5°
si la machine est équipée en radio commande)

c. Telescope back the boom, then telescope again to verify the lighting of the alarms on the indicator
and that the buzzer works well. The order is Green, Orange, Buzzer, Red and « STOP » (The
Aggravating movments (option) are switched off when « STOP » appears if the boom is over 25°
(or 5° in versahandler equiped with remote control).

d. Reposer la charge.
d. Lay the load on the floor.

!!! Tous ces réglages doivent être effectués sur un terrain plat, freins desserrés et en
respectant les consignes de sécurité inscrites sur la machine.

!!! Pour l’essai de la fonction « AMA » (Arrêt des Mouvements Aggravants) la machine doit être
fermement élinguée afin qu’elle ne puisse basculer en cas de disfonctionnement du système.

!!! All these adjustments must be done on a flat floor, without brakes and respecting all
security consignments written on the telescopic handler .

!!! Before esting « AMA », chain up the rear of the versahandler to the floor, in order it won’t
be abble to fall over in case of an electronic system failure.
