Rotation Program and Learning Opportunity

The peer will get firsthand insight about the working of various stream in retail mainly operation,
supply chain, ecommerce, and business development. The program is specially articulated to
develop future leader who can grow and inculcate the vision of 500 store. The module will be
mentored by leader who have more than 10+ year of experience in domain along with leader from
HQ who have been successfully operating thousands plus of profitable stores across world. The
growth horizon is unlimited and can be mapped to passion and ambition of candidate who is
willing to take risk.

Designation: Management Trainee – Data Analyst

Current Location: Bangalore

Experience: Freshers
Qualification: Master’s in Management / Business ( MBA) or equivalent
Responsibilities:
 Create regular reports/dashboards / MIS to monitor sales & related parameters to provide
visibility to the field team on performance & observe gaps for improvement
 Analysing data from available data sources like ERP, Excel and BI tools to support
 Creating analysis, recommendations, & presentations to support retail initiatives
 Reviewing ERP information
 Support for business unit by performing analysis of activity
 Perform Data Analysis on a periodic as well as project basis
 Participate in Budgeting & Forecasting for Business Sales performance PAN India
 Coordination with cross-functional internal stakeholders to provide resolution to the on-
field team
 Maintaining a Database of Business Master Data
 Participate & coordinate the level meetings to drive the performance & highlight the
performance improvement
 Providing Data Solutions/models for new Projects from the Retail/Ecom domain
 Thorough understanding of the online Business portal & support the ecom team with
escalation for issue resolution

 Must have - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT)
 Should be strong in Excel, Reporting Dashboards/Tools
 Good in Email Communication

Responsibilities:
 Retail Planning for company Stores
 Merchandising and Stock Allocation for various categories
 Monitoring planned assortments by door as per display capacity
 Analyzing and tracking sales performance season on season at LTL and overall level
 Order creation in the system
 Coordinate with Wearhouse team on timely order dispatch
 Coordinating with Area Sales managers in order to achieve sales target
 Preparing and publishing weekly sales tracker with relevant parameters
 Collecting and analyzing the competition numbers
 Market Study and Demand Forecast

 Help Area Managers complete daily tasks (e.g. Implementing new policies)
 Understand each department’s (e.g. Merchandise, Sales) daily processes and goals
 Provide administrative support (e.g. data entry)
 Get familiar with personnel duties
 Maximizing sales and minimizing cost
 Getting involved in recruitment and motivating staff
 Managing a sales team
 Selling to customers
 Merchandising
 Traveling to different EBO stores and participating in daily operations as required
 Participate in company’s strategic planning
 Help Area Managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)

Responsibilities:
 Design and execute orientation programs for sales teams
 Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires
 Act as a consultant to salespeople for challenges they have on the job
 Assign mentors and coaches to new sales team members
 Observe how salespeople interact with clients to identify areas of improvement
 Determine training needs both for individuals and teams
 Organize role-playing activities to simulate difficult client cases (e.g. how to overcome
objections)
 Advise salespeople how to upsell products and services
 Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material
 Track the post training outcome and discuss with the Mangers on the actionable items
 Traveling to different EBO stores and participating in daily operations as required
 Keep updated records of training materials and modules
 Document the activities in a report and share the same with higher management
 Research and implement new training techniques for our organization

 Identifying new clients and new market segments.
 Effective presentation skill about company/brand to partners.
 Identifying target opportunities and tapping decision makers.
 Grow and maintain existing relationships with partners.
 Develop business models and projections based on the market dynamics and clients.
 Submission of report monthly, quarterly, and annually for review and evaluation in said
timeline.
