Plan of the day-
(1) Meeting the peoples of Keota village society
(2) To talk about the situation of schools
(3) Steps taken to improve from current situation

Objective-
(1) Improve in condition of schools after corona pandemic
(2) Holistic development of Children’s

Work Done-
This was my first experience while doing field work interacting
with the dignitaries of society as the schools were getting opened
after a long time and also the new elected representatives joined
their post. The place where I went for the field work, the ward
member and other dignitaries were concerned about the
education of children. So we discussed about the methods and
ways to help the children's. First of all the need for the student
parents and teachers meeting were felt heavily. As in our area
these things never happened in government schools. So we
decided that in school and aangan wadi centre we will organise
these meetings once in a month. After this we discussed on the
awareness drive for the admission process so that more children
can reach to school. Also during the pandemic the children's who
left schools they were also brought under attention so that they
can return back to school. The need to talk with parents so that
they can send their children’s regularly to classes was also felt. I
also proposed to the elected representative that they should
spend 1full day in school every week to ensure the smooth
functioning of activities. The sports activities which were halted
since lockdown were also needed to start. Also a library for the
children's should be established in school with the help from the
society was proposed by me. After this we ended the meeting
with noting the conclusion.
Observation and Analysis-:
The dignitaries, elected representative and teachers all were on
common agenda that we should work for the improvement in
education field and they were positive about the points discussed.
Use of Theory-:
The basic theories I used in this field work were that how can we
work with the authorities in synchronization and it was my first
experience of getting involved with the administration.
Difficulties Faced:-
All the person present in the meetings was basically open minded
and they were present there to listen and discuss the problems of
children's so no problems were faced by me.
Future Plan:-
After few days I will monitor the admission process and ptc
meetings happening in school.
