Integrate all the suggestions and recommendations of the panel of experts

2. Consult your adviser about your revise paper

3. Submit your paper to the grammarian… (the grammarian will give you an instruction about your
paper, p.s. do not for get to pay the grammarian, once he/she provided you a certification)

 Include the scan certificate in your list of Appendices

4. Submit your paper for plagiarism scan. Bring the soft copy of your paper. (Take note: Be sure to
accomplish the Request for Plagiarism Verification Report- this shall be given to Mr. Charlie Padilla)

 Make some necessary adjustments in your paper- adjust your font size and margin, for
the quali and mixed – remove the narratives, for quanti remove your tables)
 Do not forget your certificates from Sir Charlie Padilla
 Include all the scanned certificates in your list of Appendices

5. Once your adviser approves your thesis to be endorsed to the thesis committee, the group shall pay
the agreed Professional Fee to their thesis adviser.

6. Send your paper to the panel so they can also attach give their approval on your thesis.

Note: Approval of the thesis may be of the following:

- The Adviser inform the group through private messaging that their paper is approve even
without attaching his/her e-signature. This means that the thesis adviser will personally sign the
approval sheet once it is reproduced.

- The Thesis Committee inform the group through private messaging that their paper is approve
even without attaching their e-signature. This means that the thesis committee will personally sign the
approval sheet once it is reproduced.

- The Dean of the College will personally sign the book bounded thesis.

8. Once your paper is approved, have a copy of the cover format and side print format of the hard
bound thesis. You need to provide 3 or more copies of your hard bound thesis in the office. Two copies
will be submitted to the office of the College of Education and one for the University Library.

9. Thesis shall be submitted on or before August 16, 2021 at the office of the College of Education.

10. Prepare your paper in a journal format for the In-House Review. (A copy of the format will be
provided)

11. Prepare the research poster of your paper for the in-house review.
 The poster must include the ABSTRACT, name of the researchers and adviser, logo of
DHVSU and RMO- Consult your advisers

Josephine Luz Pineda.
