PRODUCTION PROCESS WORKFLOW

1. After the Finance Department successfully processed the payment from the author, the Finance
Representative shall prepare the following:

a. Endorsement Form.
b. Detailed services included in the package paid by the author.
c. Send the endorsement form to Accounting Department
(Janet.Gray@BlackLacquerPress.Net) and Anna Clarke, Production Manager
(AuthorCare@BlackLacquerPress.Net)

2. The Production Team shall assign a ProjectID and will schedule a call with the Author to collect,
gather and obtain specific instructions for the Book Project. The Production Team shall likewise
send the Publishing and Marketing Agreement to author and make sure to sign and send them
back once done.

3. Once all the needed materials are collected, the Production Team shall then forward it to
Grafiknine@BlackLacquerPress.Net, and cc Janet.Gray@BlackLacquerPress.Net.

4. Grafiknine shall then send an invoice for the services required for each ProjectID assigned, to
the Accounting Department (Janet.Gray@BlackLacquerPress.Net). Note: The timeline of the
services shall commence after the Account Department made the initial payment to Grafiknine.

5. Grafiknine shall forward the initial output for each ProjectID to the Production Team for
Author’s approval.

6. As per Agreement, the Author is allowed up to two (2) revisions and corrections only.

7. Once the author approved the final galley, the Production Team shall notify the Accounting
Department of the author’s approval. The Accounting Department shall make a full payment of
the services rendered for each ProjectID, within 5 business days from the Author’s approval.

8. The Production Team will then prepare the book to be uploaded for online distribution and
request to send Author’s copy to the address provided.

9. The Production Team shall send a fulfillment report to Oliver.Ray@BlackLacquerPress.Net.
