innovation instead of putting
so much pressure on them.
This is to promote quality
over quantity of works done.
Faculty and staff of an institu-
tion must work hand by hand
to achieve the learning goals
of the campus. Competitions
among co-workers must be
eliminated and give impor-
tance to group performances
rather than individual perfor-
mances.
When a teacher has an idea,
he/she must be given the
chance to suggest and every-
one else must weight fairly
the best decision to make.
Teachers must be given the
opportunity to pursue their
dedication and commitment
to their chosen field and not
be autocratically controlled.
Motivation, communication
and leading must be given
more importance in teaching-
learning process rather than
being too much management
oriented to the point that
workers’ situations are not
 considered.
