Our History

• Formation of Beverly Realty and review of the George Beverly family’s real estate
organization in Asheville.

• Formation of W. Neal Hanks & Associates and review the background of Neal Hanks, Sr.

• 1976 Merge of Beverly and Hanks.

• Opening of South office on Hendersonville Road in 1981.

• Opening of Hendersonville Office in 1985; relocation to new facilities in 1989.

• Expansion of Downtown and South offices.

• Opening of Biltmore Park office.

• Expansion of Hendersonville.

• Expansion of Relocation Department and hiring a full-time Relocation Director

• Acquisition of Merrimon office.

• Acquisition of Waynesville office.
