Hi Gurjit,

I have setup a feedback call today which you haven't joined so writing the same on
CheckPoint tool. Being on 7B band (manager level), I am looking few changes from
you from the perspective of IBM processes and at organisation level and accordingly
extending your probation period until you justify below feedback and bring the
improvement. Here is an list :

1) I noticed a major gap in following the IBM process (Not checking email, Not
attending IBM meetings, No prior communication) and being kind of unavailable.
2) I got feedback of attitude issues from client initially and even felt same.
Going into argument mode, being aggressive and not listening properly what is being
told.
3) Informed client of sick leaves, no information to People Manager of
unavailability and even not applying same in WorkDay.
4) Found false bills submitted in broadband expense reimbursement which were even
dated before joining date.

Resulting same, I am extending the probation period and wish to see improvement in
all major IBM process areas. Please develop behavior of being a senior resource of
IBM and do reach out to me in case need support.
