    About Us: We deliver International Foundation Year, Undergraduate and Postgraduate
    Diploma qualifications in Business Management, Accounting, Information Technology,

    We are currently seeking suitable, enthusiastic, and committed Lecturers to teach


    various Business-related Courses. Applications are invited from individuals holding a
    bachelor’s degree (Preferably Master’s degree) in a relevant subject, along with an
    ability to teach at this level.

    Candidates should be highly organised with strong communication skills.

    The lecturers are required in the following subjects:

    • Principles of Management and Leadership

    • Financial Awareness for Managers

    • Budget Management

    • Marketing Essentials for Managers

    • Recruitment and Selection in an Organization

    Project Management
    Responsibilities:
    • Preparing and delivering Business Management Lecture notes at the undergraduate level.
    • Providing tutorial and pastoral support for students across the college.
    • Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and individual learning plans to increase the learning
    experience for the students.
    • Uploading lecture notes on the LGSM Virtual Learning Environment.
    • Marking coursework and providing feedback (Formative and summative) to each student.
    • Answering student queries face to face, online and via email
    • Performing administrative tasks as and when required by the faculty.
    The Candidate:
    The successful candidate will have:
    • An Undergraduate Degree or master’s degree is preferable in a related field
    • A recognised teaching qualification or be working towards them.
    • Appropriate teaching and assessment experience and in-depth knowledge in the relevant field.
    • Ability to engage and motivate students.
    • Ability to work as a team player.
    Location: Main Street, Kinniya-05
    Salary: Depending on experience and qualifications.
    Job Type: Varies; Part-time, Full-time and Hourly contracts
