APPLICATION
Davco Lanko 764 Coarse Shotcrete is designed for dry spray
shotcreting applications. This means the water mix ratio is
controlled by the nozzleman. To obtain the highest performance
properties, the water ratio should be kept to a minimum.
1. Always pre-wet the substrate before application of Shotcrete.
2. Apply Davco Lanko 764 Coarse Shotcrete to the prepared
substrate using suitable shotcreting equipment.
3. Ensure the mortar is well compacted during application,
paying particular attention to areas behind reinforcement.
4. Davco Lanko 764 Coarse Shotcrete can be applied in layers
from 10mm to 150mm.
5. Smooth the surface using a suitable steel trowel after
installation. A timber or plastic trowel can be used if a different
surface finish is desired.

• Do not use when temperatures are below 5°C or above 35°C
• Do not apply to a frozen or thawing substrate
• Apply only to clean, sound substrates, free of loose material
