1.Frothy Tympany এর Treatment protocol এ Normal Acidosis, Blot থেকে একটু পার্থক্য

রয়েছে।

Frothy tympany তে আমাদের উদ্দেশ্য হবে Converted the frothy tympany into free gas tympany by using
antifoaming Agents.

যেমন 1.Simethicon or Dimethicon preparation. (like Lefoam vet/Veticon vet).

Or.

Simethicon+Dil oil combination (Like Gasnil vet/No blot vet)

যেটা important, সেটা হল অনেক সময় উপোরক্ত Drug preparation পাওয়ার সময় বা সুযোগ থাকে না, সে
ক্ষেত্রে Formalin একটি ভালো Antifoaming agent হিসাবে কাজ করে।

যেহেতু বাজারে Formalin পাওয়া দুষ্কর সে ক্ষেত্রে

"Using কেরোসিন তেল" about 20 ml to overcoming the Surface tension as কেরোসিন leads to decrease the
surface tension and consequently helps in eruption of Gases and coallage in free layer of Rumen.

2.যদি মনে করেন আরও কঠিন হয়ে যাচ্ছে সময় নেই সে ক্ষেত্রে "Using trocar and canula or To relief
pressure or by Surgical interference by Rumenotomy.

3.Mineral oil or vegetable oil 0.5 ~1 ltr.to evacuate the ruminal content.

4.Sodium Bi carbonate 2.5 to 5%(SB Nate/Sodib/Sobi vet)apply I/Vly to overcome Acidosis.

5.Ruminal Tonics(Rumilator vet/Bovivet) and Ruminotorics(Rumenton/Motivet) may use to overcome

the threads.

আমি যে পরামর্শ দেয় সচারাচর " If Secondary tympany we should remove the cause and if its
impossible /উপরে প্রদত্ত সব treatment প্রটোকল শেষ"The Animal slaughtered to avoid the risk of
continuous expense or Fatal attack (Death).

খামারিকে কি ধরনের পরামর্শ দিতে পারিঃ-

1.Withdraw the causes of bloat (bloat producing Food) &providing of balanced Ration (Quantity and
Quality is the Factor).

কারণ এটা only খামারি প্রদেয় খাবার থেকে উদ্ভু ত সমস্যা)
