-Manpower focuses on Nursery 3 for turnover

SOW SITE UPDATES

1. Breeder Gestation
-Paneling Works done including back gable
-EE room Works done- query on the presence of door near EE
room- to check RFI's Sir John
-Ceiling installation is almost done
-Pavement North side is ongoing- concern is the availability of INFO
dump trucks to directly haul excavated materials

1. Farrowing 1 Sow Site

-Alley Slab Ongoing
-slats installation ongoing- Kindly post to crystal spring group on
whats app on any concerns regarding installation INFO

2. Powerhouse Sow Site (Almost done)

-Start Punch list for Powerhouse Maam Joan Week 22
-Waiting for Panels to be placed inside prior to closing all walls

3.Site Development
-Pending culvert- to be delivered on Monday
-Rainwater collector tank is not located near farrowing culverts will Sir Clark
be installed instead.
-Priority is the finalization of the Access Roads to Nucleus and
Phase 4 B
-Check on slope Protection Works
-CHB Production kindly check efficiency of workers

COLLECTION TANK
-Newly installed rainwater tank destroyed due to heavy rains,
Culverts from Finisher 1 used in Transformer used in Nucleus for
Catch Basin- Farrowing
Rainwater- pending depends on equipment availability
Problems- Equipment concerns

ELECTRICAL UPDATES:
DUCTBANKS NURSERY 1-3
Sow Site- ongoing on nursery 1
Nursery 2- Lights installed okay- temporary to provide lights for
night shift
Inlet for Farrowing and Breeder Gest- done
Cline's flashing is the critical activity on Nucleus nursery 3

NUCLEUS:

1. Nursery 3 Nucleus
- Remaining Work is the leak found on the Gas Line of repair
-Painting Works on Building Sir Arche
- Hopefully to be Turned-Over on May 29,2021

2. Nursery 4 Nucleus
-Ongoing RC Wall Installation on Grid B to complete on May
29,2021
-To proceed directly to securing connections

3. Boar Stud Building and Office

-Partial number of workers have been deployed to at least start
work
-Stiffener Beam Works ongoing

4. Site Development
-Ongoing Excavation Activities on Finisher and Nucleus Phase 1
-Excavated 100/248m at 40% accomplishment Sir Clark

Activities for Week 22:

1.Nursery 4 Nucleus
- Masonry Works on Grid B
- To clearing in between Nursery 3 and 4 ,then to proceed to Sir Arche
Doghouse Works and EE Room
-Start Pavement and Canal Works Between Nursery 3 and 4
- Excavate Foundation Bed on Grid A if the culverts in front of
Nursery 4 is repaired.

2.Boar Stud Building and Office

- Stiffener Beam Works Sir Arche
-Hauling of Steel Structures
-Pedestal Grouting and Correction
-To erect remaining 6 pedestals

3.Site Development
-Priority is the Excavation Works on Finisher and Nucleus 1 Sir Clark
- Benching near Boarstud Building
-Culvert installation at Nucleus Storm Drain near Farrowing

4.Powerhouse Nucleus
-Painting and Plastering Works must be completed including
Roofing Works Sir Marvin
-electrical team must finalized placement and location of all their
panels

5.Plumbing Team
-To excavate at center of Boar stud building Sir Moi

SOW SITE

1. Breeder Gestation
Remaining Works are Penning Installation, Waterline, Feeder Sir John
Line, Electrical Works, Pavement and Canal North side

2. Farrowing Sow site Sir John

-Ongoing Slats installation

-Done confirming Gate Location

ACTIVITIES FOR WEEK 22

1.Site Development Sir Mike

- Priority is the NGl Leveling at Finisher Sow Site
 - to check plans on Slope Protection to start Gabion Works near
Breeder Gestation Sir Clark
-Manpower must be allocated, kindly coordinate with the P.E and
P.S for Manpower Distribution

2.Breeder Gestation
- Shutter installation on Front Gable Sir John
-Pavement and Canal Works North side
-Penning Installation
-Log Screw installation- team will try to use ordinary hose filled
with epoxy and then drilled with screw.

4. Farrowing Sow site

-Slats installation Sir John
-Alley slab Backfilling
-EE Room and Pavement Canal

5. Plumbing Team
-Backfilling works on Nursery 1 Sow Site
-Excavate Slurry Line form Nursery 3 to ICT Sir Moi
-connection of slurry from Nucleus is From Finisher 7 down to
Breeder Gest (langkoy). Kindly send RFI regarding the slurry
Flow.
-Finisher 1 Sow site also needs sand to start sand bedding works
-Kindly check existing Electrical post because it's in conflict with
slurry line location

6. CHB Fabrication
-Monitor CHB Production Sir Mike
-2 machines working-1 for each size

7. Canal near Valdez

-Long term solution is to provide deep canals- to check flow and Sir Mike
volume during heavy rain

8. Nursery -
-Bamboo planting- How many must be planted- proper nurturing Sir John
and growing

9. Surveying
-Markings for Finisher Sow site Maam Lyca
-IR Checking
- Get coordinates of all as built
-Site Dev't for Breeder

3 OTHERS
1. FREE Meals on all Workers
- No work no Free Meal Project
-all Staff are advised to get their meal allocations supervisors
2. Documentations will be intensified on new contract- trade test
documents must be submitted on time.
3. All worker will be enrolled to Jeonsofr- All P.S must submit list
of workers
4. There might be a rate change though minimal on workers -
 please properly disseminate infos about this.
