The study will certainly create more awareness to organizations on the

importance of training and development in enhancing organizational / employee’s

productivity.

The Employees. It will help employees to discover their untapped potential, and to give

them more knowledge on how trainings can help them not only by being productive but can

also build their self-esteem towards work, and it may also enhance their overall performance.

The Human Resource Manager. It is hoped that the outcome of this paper would allow the

human resource department to develop and to improve its practices on training and

development programs and help in proving a pleasant working environment which may

contribute to the productivity of the employees in the organization.
