REMINDERS:

1. Reservation fee is non-refundable.

2. Enrollment Fee is non-refundable. Payment of enrollment fee with complete requirements
submitted makes the student officially enrolled for the School Year.
3. Deadline of enrollment is on July 15, 2021.
4. Failure to pay on the deadline of enrollment may forfeit the slot to students on the waitlist.
5. Deadline for installment payments is every 3rd of the month.
6. All the students are required to submit complete requirements on the date of enrollment.
7. The sibling discount is 10% of the total tuition fee, applicable to every younger sibling
enrolled in school.
8. If a student withdraws on or before October 30, 2021, he/she must settle at least 50% of the
total tuition fee including the miscellaneous fees in order to get the student’s report card,
clearance and other documents.
9. If a student withdraws after October 30, 2021, he/she needs to settle the tuition fee
including the miscellaneous fees in full in order to get the report card, clearance and other
documents.
10. Parents must fill-up and submit the official Withdrawal Form to make the withdrawal of the
student from the school year official.

I shall abide by all the rules and regulations now enforced or may be promulgated by South Champs
Learning Center from time to time.
