ESSAY 1

Language has long proved its audacity in daily communication as well as negotiations.

Hence, in this field, various skills have been recommended for different rhetorical situations.

In the following passages, I may state several ways to tackle them effectively.

In my book, rhetorical situations are occasions in which writers or speakers convey their

claims, through either proses or speeches. In these situations, writing acts as the tool to

express personal beliefs, which aids presenters in persuading their readers as well as listeners.

Furthermore, proses, in this case, may also spur audiences to rethink a particular topic and

take their thoughts into action. Besides, rhetorical situations have four interrelated factors,

are questions presenters may ask themselves before facing any rhetorical situation: "What

purpose is this writing aiming for?"; "who are the audiences?"; "what is the genre?" and

"what is the desirable medium?".

After answering those questions, writers may have a better look at what they are planning to

do in rhetorical situations.
