The online collaborative tools that I use are Google Drive and Microsoft Teams. You are
certainly familiar with Google Drive, your online storage to store all your files and share
them securely with your team if you have a Gmail account (s). Your team can easily
reach the files stored on your Google Drive directory once you grant them access and
use them to complete different tasks as needed. You may invite them to view, edit or
leave comments, including images, pictures, and documents, on files stored on the
drive. Microsoft Teams on the other hand Microsoft Teams is more than just an app for
calling and chatting. You will be able to remain coordinated by sharing lists, documents,
and calendars all within the community dashboard once you build your groups or one-
on-one chats. It's a perfect way to start up discussions where they left off or ventures.
Teams connects with your other Microsoft 365 software, enabling you to quickly
exchange Word, Excel and PowerPoint from inside the Teams app.
