DANUBE International’s large range of washer extractors have been designed to reduce water, utilities and detergent consumption.
Most of our machines require 11 liters of water per kilogram washed (mild temperature without pre-wash). DANUBE International washers
are built to have high quality wash and very efficient extraction (G force up to 440 on the ASEP and CS ranges).
With less water and efficient extraction you will save money on water and utilities. There is less water to heat with high water removal, so
drying the linen is faster and uses less energy. All our machines are built to last and are designed with large door openings, quiet operation,

Barrier design washers
How to safely handle linen in hospitals, clean rooms, pharmaceutical and nuclear industries.
There are many potential sources of microbiological contamination in Hospitals, Nursing homes, correctional facilities, as bacterias are easily spread
unless very strict controls are in place. Optimal sanitation is ensured by a dual door design separated by a sanitized partition. Disinfected laundry never
comes in contact with soiled contaminated laundry.
Today the R A B C (Risk Analysis and Biocontamination Control) standard brings the only logical solution to an efficient separation of clean and soiled
linen, this standard avoid the risk of recontamination or cross contamination. Since 1984 it has been recognized that DANUBE barrier washers reduce the
risk of spreading nosocomial infections (hospital acquired infections) during laundering.
With DANUBE Barrier washers designed with a durability factor in mind, you will get an ergonomic heavy duty machine requiring little maintenance. You
will get excellent mechanical action, and maximum flexibility (thanks to our control). Water consumption (and energy consumption to heat the water) will
be low because of the small space between the inner and outer drum. On the other hand, our machines are compact, easy to install, and as the panels
are removable you will have easy access to components.
