**Please note: in google map, the map stop at


simpang 47-3. You should go further straight, then
turn right and another right. You should see our
house as seen in the picture above. House No. 4.
Check In

1.Find the LOCKBOX in front of the grill door. Press the


digital code '2021' to open it. You will find a key to open
the padlock.

2. Unlock the padlock at the back of the grill door. Do not


forget to release the latch.

3. To activate it, just press or


touch any numbers.

4. Press your code number


followed by # key (last 4 digit of
your phone/whatsapp phone
number.) If your phone number is
884321 then your code is 4321#

5. There should be a sound say 'unlock'. You can open the


door now by pushing it open.

6. The door will auto lock every 15 second. You can


manually unlock it by turning the knob behind the door.
Scan BruHealth Code
7. All guests should scan their Bruhealth QR Code. Any
code that is not Green or Yellow, please kindly leave
the premises. Make sure you do not have the COVID
symptoms when entering the house.
House Rules
1.NO SMOKING
No smoking inside the house. If you want to smoke, smoke outside
near water tank area or away from the entrances. Please close the
windows and doors when smoking outside. Do not throw your
cigarette butt on the ground. If there is any trace of cigarette butt or
smell, inside the house or surrounding area, a cleaning fee of $100
per day of your stay will applicable. This includes cleaning up after
cigarette butts on the ground.

2. NO ILLEGAL PARTY ALLOW


Any party involving drugs, alcohol and gambling is not allowed. Your
reservation will be cancelled immediately without any refund of your
stay and security deposit. We will report this to the police.

3. NO LOUD NOISE after 12 midnight and during Azan Prayers to


avoid neighbors complaint.

4. AFTER YOUR EVENT


Please avoid using glitters, confetti and double side tapes. Throw
away any decorative such as balloons, flower petals, or any party
decorative. Extra cleaning fee will be charge if we have to clean up
after your event.

5. REPLACEMENT FEE
Applicable to any missing and damaged items (Things that belong to
Cozyhome that you should not bring home with you such as towels,
any dispenser, slippers, remote control, 3 plugs, small mirrors, toys
and many more)

6. DO NOT BLOCK THE NEIGHBOURS DRIVEWAY


Do not park at their place without their permission and do not block
the driveway. There are alot of parking at the back of the mosque.
You need to contact the mosque management yourself to have access
to the parking. This is because the gate to the parking will be close
without notice if no permission is given. The mosque parking is just
about 2 minutes walk to Cozyhome.
House Amenities
1.SWIMMING POOL
Please swim with cautions and follow the swimming pool rules as written on
the deck. Your children is your responsibility. We will not be accountable if
any accident happens to you, your family or to your guest(s).
Note: Our pool is 8 hours auto-change by circulation through filtration system daily which is
more than MOH recommendation of 6 hours daily for open air pool.

2. BBQ GRILL
You are welcome to use our BBQ Grill during your stay. Use coal only. Kindly
bring your own coal. Please keep the BBQ and area clean after use.

3. TV
Netflix is available. Please use the "Guest" account only. See "How to use"
section below on how to use this.

4. KITCHEN
Please help yourself to anything in the kitchen but do not bring any kitchen
utensil home with you. We have cutleries, cups and plates enough for 10 pax
only. We provide small pots and pans, salt and peppers, small knife and
cutting board. Items such as rice cooker, microwave, water dispenser and
toaster are also available. Kindly wash after use. We also provide dishwasher
liquid and a new sponge for every booking. ***Please do not disturb our
container boxes below the sink.

5. EXTRA MATTRESS
There are extra mattress, mattress cover, blankets and pillows inside the
closet in one of the bedroom. Please feel free to use them. If you use the extra
mattress , please remove the covers after use and leave them on the floor. It
will indicate that you used them and we will clean them for the next guest.
Do not put them back in the closet for hygiene purposes.

5. OTHERS
WIFI- details inside the house near the tv.
IRON + IRON BOARD- upstairs in one of the bedroom.
HAIRDRYER- downstairs in one of the drawer.
TOWELS- we provide 10 towels only for each booking. Please bring your own
if you need extra.
SHAMPOO AND BODYWASH- yes we provide them in every toilet.
HAND SANITIZER- we do not provide this. Please bring your own.

This is the keybox. It contains the following:


1. Back door key (the swimming pool access)
2. Autogate remote controller (if missing we will charge you $50
replacement fee)
3. Key to the Big Garbage bin outside.

These are the autogate switch and front light garage switch. You
can find these at the dining room.

The front garage light switch marked 'x' will automatically open when
outside environment turns dark. Usually around 6.00pm. If you found
it turn-off, please switch it on.

Kindly close the autogate at night or when you leave the house for
security purposes. Press 'Button C' only to open and close.

The swimming pool light switches are here. You can find these
near the fridge. They are also operated automatically. The will be on
when the environment turns dark around 6.00pm. The switched
marked 'x' and if they are turn-off, please switch them on.

Cutleries, cups, plates and cooking utensil are located inside the
kitchen drawers. Glasses of the shelves.

Extra garbage bag in the lower drawer.

If the garbage bag is full inside the house, please throw it in the big
garage bin outside. Extra garbage bag are available in the lower
kitchen drawer. The key to the garbage is in the keybox. Please
keep the key lock for your own protection. You can also open it
from outside the gate without using any key.
How to use

1.How to use Smart TV


Turn on the TV, click the Netflix button on the remote
controller. Select;
Profile: Guest (Red icon)
Code: 1221

2.How to use Washer and Dryer Machine


After putting your clothes and detergents in, turn on by
pressing the "ON" button. Turn the button to select the 5kg
Wash&Dry (4 hours and 21 mins) or Wash&Wear (40 mins) or
any option you desire. When you ready, press Start button.

3.How to use the Gas Stove


Press down the gas, turn the knob and hold. Light the fire
match. Press hold for more than 5 second then release the
knob. Turn the knob to your desire heat.

4. How to Open the Gate


The switch is near the dining room. Press 'Button C' only to
open and close. You can also use the autogate remote
controller when you need to drive.

5. How to use the Hot Water Dispenser


Press the white button, hold it and push back the lever at the
same time. Stop until you reach desire water level.
Check Out

expire in 15-minutes after check-out
time to allow for grace period.

Check-out Instruction
1. Lock all doors and closed all windows.
2. Leave all keys in the same place you
found them.
3. Throw all big trash in the big garbage
bin outside.
4. Send me a quick text/whatsapp that
you are leaving.
5. If you want to share your experience

will upload it in our instagram.
