STEPS HOW TO USE THE SYSTEM

1) The url for eHadir system is: http://ehadir.usim.edu.my

2) Figure 1 below shows the login page for EHADIR system:

User will insert their password User will use their staff

3) The front page for eHadir system will come out after user login to this system. User will
view the main page of the system which scrutinizing the detail of each course that have
been taken by student together with their attendance percentage for those course code.
The red color indicates the attendance percentage less than 80% to the class for that
course. Screen as in figure 2 will be displayed.

4) In order to view the detail of the attendance student less than 80%, user must click on the
link ( > ) and the result will be displayed as figure 3 below.

5) From the above report, user will click on the link ( >> ) so that they can view
their absence offences records as shown in figure 4 below.

6) From the figure 5, user will click on the button so that they can fill in their absence
reason to be approved by lecturer. Figure 6 will illustrate the absent reason form.

7) Figure 7 below illustrate the flow of menu for ‘Application for Late and Absent Lectures/
Tutorial’. User will view the no of offences that have been done for that semester. Besides,
they can fill in their offences reason so that their reason will be approved or not approved
by lecturers.

8) In order to view the list of activities that have been attended by student, user can click on
the menu in the red circle as shown in the figure 8 below. They can see their date activities
and position in the activities that have been attended by them.

9) User will click on the ‘List of Students by Activity’ menu in order to view their list of activity.
They need to choose the list of activity in the list provided so that the name and matric no
of students involved for that activity will come into sight. Figure 9 shows the flow of this
menu.

10) User will update their absence activities via this system by fill in their activity name, reason
and note if possible. Hence, they can submit their information regarding the activities so
that the information will be stored in the system database. Figure 10 will show the flow of
this menu.
