What is self-esteem?
We have many beliefs about

1. Practice POSITIVE SELF-TALK
Negative Self-Talk (Inner Critic): Is judgemental, makes
you feel bad about yourself and brings about uncomfortable
feelings

Positive Self-Talk (Inner Coach): Is encouraging, keeps you


motivated and feeling confident

- A healthy relationship is one in which both people
have equal respect for each other.
- It is important to choose friends that make you
feel good and to be a friend that makes others
feel good about themselves as well.
