School Preparation for Limited Face-to-Face Classes

In pursuant to Department of Education Operational Guidelines on the Implementation of


Limited Face- to- Face Learning Modality, Bulacnin Elementary School internal and external
stakeholders prepared the school for the expansion phase and transitioning to new normal face-
to- face classes.

Bulacnin ES designated entrance and exit point in the classroom and safe drop-off and
pick-up procedures at the gate entrance and exit.

The school has also organized team which will be in charge in ensuring the effective
implementation of school health and safety protocols that was led by the DRRM, School Clinic
Coordinator and Key Teachers.

Floor markers was made visible and signages for cueing and directional movements
inside and outside the classroom that is within the school premises. Washing facility is available
at the entrance for school goers.

To prepare the school for the Expansion of the Implementation of Limited Face-to-face
classes, Bulacnin Elementary School conducted a Special Meeting this March 10, 2022 at
Bulacnin ES Gymnasium.
The participants of the said activity were the GPTA and the President of each grade level.
The meeting's objective is to acknowledge parents’ opinion regarding the preparation for the
pilot implementation of limited face-to-face classes because it is very important for its
improvement and development.
Dr. Angelica L. Enriquez, school principal II leads the said activity. She discussed the
school contingency plan
The highlight of the meeting is the Open Forum Proper wherein the participants were
given a feedback form that contains questions regarding the opening of limited face-to-face
classes. Also in this part, parents were given time to talk to express their opinion, suggestion and
reaction about the new modality.
Overall, parents were satisfied in the said program. In addition, Most of them expressed
that hopefully these limited face-to-face classes be expanded sooner or later.
This activity shows the teamwork and solidarity between the school, parents and
community. This is very essential for learners' academic growth and development. JSNHS
conducts orientation for parents on the implementation of limited face-to-face classes in the
Senior High School
As of the moment, the school awaits the result of the SSAT and for the go-ahead signal
from the Schools Division Office of Lipa City to proceeds with the implementation of the limited
F2F classes.
Simulation of Limited Face to Face Classes in Bulacnin ES

Bulacnin Elementary School in the North District, SDO Lipa City reopened its doors to
welcome learners and teachers for the first time in two years with the expansion of limited face-
to-face classes.

Selected parents from Kindergarten, Grade One, Grade Two and Grade Three took part
in the first simulation of classes to safely reopen the school in the midst of the pandemic. The
pilot program was launched in kindergarten through grade 3 after a safety and preparedness
assessment. Guidelines from the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging
Infectious Diseases (IATF) made sure that the pilot program was safe and ready to go into use.

Dr. Evelyn Flores, the Public Schools District Supervisor, and the school principal, Dr.
Ghie Enriquez praise the hard work and perseverance of all teaching and non-teaching personnel,
parents, SSG officers, PTA leaders, and other government and non-government groups who
worked together to make sure the students were safe and healthy.

Bulacnin ES thanked Brgy Captain Carlito D. Latayan of the Sangguniang Barangay for
their constant support.
