WELLNESS ADVOCATE
Each day will cater to one individual
energy center to extract any illness,
isolation, tension, or emotional trauma.
This will open space for new
beginnings, creativity, immunity, and
most importantly security and safety
within.
How it's done?
Journaling, affirming
healing, and exercises
to help build
awareness, clarity, and
security. 
What will you need?  
An open heart An open
mind, a notebook,
water, reliable
Wifi,*optional fruits and
vegetables for
nourishment.
Day 1: Root Energy Space

When you’re not grounded you begin to operate


out of fight or flight. You’re become easily
manipulated or unable to make clear decisions.
Focusing on your Root Energy space will create a
new habit to stay within this present moment and
recalibrate to the source of life.
Exercise:
Visual Space Connection: 1. In your current space,
name all objects in the room that are the color red
or square-shaped. 2. Step outside and plant your
bare feet on the ground, take deep inhales and
exhales while visualizing roots connecting deep
beneath the ground. 
Journal Question:
When do you feel connected to the source? How do
you react when you feel as if you’re not in control?
Today’s Affirmation:
“I am in control of my actions and decisions.”
Optional Essential Oil:
Patchouli
Day 2: Sacral Energy Space

The most creative gift given is the emotional center


and spiritual clock located above your root energy
center. When you are detached from this creative
center, you begin to go against the natural flow of
life. You can attract unpredicted emotions, stagnant
creativity, or low libido.  Focusing on your Sacral
energy space will bring your back to the inner voice
of the divine. 
Exercise:
1. Water Therapy- Fill your tub/shower with bath
salts and aromatherapy to relax your senses. This
will extract any emotion or thoughts that need to
flow freely. 2. Drink plenty of water and consider
recording your thoughts on camera or on paper.
Allow your thoughts to flow and record whatever
comes to mind. 
Journal Questions:
When do you feel most confident? When do you feel
drained?
Today's Affirmation:
"I feel safe & secure in my body."
Optional Essential Oil:
Ylang Ylang
Day 3: Solar Energy Space

Fear can paralyze your mind from taking actions


towards what it is you want and desire in your life.
Being in this low vibrational mindset can keep you
far away from the dreams you wish to fulfill and
into a space of constant worry about your illusion
of lack. When you let go of the ideas and
individuals blocking you from this abundance,
your journey will become victorious!
Exercise:
1.Write down (3) opportunities that you will
realistically complete by the end of this month. 2.
Bask in the sunlight and drink plenty of water with
a slice of lemon. 
Journal Questions:
1. What/Who/personal thoughts must I limit or
let go in order to achieve the lifestyle I want for
myself? 2.What traumas or dramas tend to
repeat in your life?
Today's Affirmation:
“I am taking authentic action to fulfill the desires
in my life.”
Optional Essential Oil:
Peppermint or Lemon
Day 4: Heart Energy Space

The heart caters to your emotions and guides your


mind and emotional thoughts. This space can be
healed with work after any trauma or betrayal. This
space can also become closed if you neglect the
discipline or the openness for understanding and
compassion. In order to mend a steal or broken
heart space, you must transform your thoughts and
feelings around past pain into unconditional love
and warmth. 
Exercise:
1. Stand in the mirror and call out five things you
love about yourself. 2. Reach your arms wide and
give your self a tight hug and share one with a
relative or friend. 
Today's Affirmation:
“I am loving and attracting unconditional love.”
Journal Questions:
Who are you withholding love from? How can you
practice more forgiveness? 
Optional Essential Oil:
Jasmine or Eucalyptus 
Day 5: Throat Energy Space

Verbalizing your truth can be a liberating form of


self-expression. However, fear or trauma can
cripple this form of self-validation. You can find
yourself on the other end of manipulation and
verbal violence if you don’t develop healthy
boundaries and authentic expression. The first step
is connecting the thoughts from the heart to mind.
Once you can identify your emotions you can then
express them verbally in a loving tone and
authenticate your concerns or desires.
Exercise:
1. Sing your favorite song while doing daily tasks.
2. Record a video diary and express your current
emotions. 
Journal Questions: 
When was the last time you shared with someone
your current thoughts?When was the last time you
did not tell the truth? What prevented you from
doing so?
Today's Affirmation:
“I fully express my truth with confidence.”
Optional Essential Oil:
Eucalyptus or Clove
Day 6: Third Eye Energy Space

Gifted with clairvoyance you have the ability to connect


with your visual intuition and wisdom. This energy
space can also receive messages from the divine in your
sleep to keep you motivated and focused on your
journey ahead. You can easily ignore this gift when you
act out of desperation or fear. Your vision can become
blurred or clouded by other distractions. In order to
keep this energy space open, you must move in
mindfulness and take a moment to gather details before
taking action. 
Exercise:
1. If you recently had a dream that you can recall,
narrate what you saw and how you felt in the dream or
once you awakened the following morning. 2.  This can
be done with a partner- while blindfolded ask your
partner to mindfully guide you across the room. This
can be loads of fun. 
Journal Questions:
1. List what blocks that may keep you from staying
focused? What helps you get the best rest?
Today's Affirmation:
“I see blessings manifesting in my life.”
Optional Essential Oil:
Clary Sage
Day 7: Crown Energy Space

Intellect, wisdom, memory, and clarity are all held


within the crown chakra. This space is also exercised
by raising beyond your ego to reach your spiritual
connectedness. When you have aligned with authentic
truth, firmly grounded, achieved mindfulness, opened
up for abundance, spoke love and have the ability to
visualize your journey; you become an open vortex for
all that is deserving to you. You no longer participate
in low vibrating experiences. 
Exercise:
1. Play a new game and be open to loosing or making
mistakes. 2. Volunteer to help a friend, stranger or
relative.
Journal Questions:
1. What are you grateful for today? 2. How can you
express gratitude to someone you haven’t spoken to
lately?
Today's Affirmation:
“I understand challenges are not personal and they’re
above me now.”
Optional Essential Oil:
Rose
Spring cleaning doesn't always take place on the
outside. Clearing space emotionally with your
energy centers (Chakras) can instill healing. You
will also find yourself in alignment with source.In
this space, you can enjoy a fulfilling lifestyle with
peace, abundance, and organic happiness.
